his company took a pre-order for a signed CD at the beginning of July. After a delay getting the item signed, it was sent to their warehouse 4 months later.
The same day they sent an email cancelling my order without warning, saying they couldn't charge my card.
My card issuer denies that they attempted a transaction.
It would seem they are either lying about having enough stock to fulfill pre-orders - leaving many customers disappointed, or cannot deal with the simplest of problems that may arise during an online transactions.
Either way a complete time waster with no care for customer service.
